Question about your bill //

​​What billing or insurance information will I receive?

Prior to your first session you will receive a benefits letter with estimates of what each session will cost you out of pocket and what the insurance has said they will cover. This is NOT a guarantee of coverage. We are only relaying to you information received from your insurance company.


You will receive a weekly invoice showing any balance due.

How long will it take to get things settled with the insurance company?


That all depends on the insurance company.

Who will I be getting bills from, my counselor or the wellness group?


Currently bills/invoices will be issued from Sarah Falk Counseling Inc. Very soon all invoices you will receive if you have a balance due will be from reSourced Wellness LLC.


I received a notice that my insurance company has paid on my bill - but I can't understand how they calculated their payment amount. Do you know?
